4. Job Seekers

5. Employers

  • Only genuine employment opportunities may be advertised.
  • Job descriptions must be accurate.
  • Employers are responsible for the content they publish.
  • SparkoJobs Zambia reserves the right to remove misleading or fraudulent job postings without notice.

6. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions may include additional features such as priority listings, featured jobs, CV access, employer branding, job alerts, and other premium services.

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable after services have been activated.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:
  • Post fake jobs.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Use automated bots to scrape data.
  • Violate any applicable laws.
  • Harass or abuse other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, software, trademarks and logos remain the property of SparkoJobs Zambia unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

SparkoJobs Zambia provides a platform connecting employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring decisions, or the accuracy of information posted by third parties.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
